Elizabeth (Liz) Mattes, B.S., joined The Rucks Group as Office Manager in 2024, following nine years in local government administration and extensive volunteer work with CISV, a global organization. Along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies, she has honed her expertise in effective communication, financial compliance, and cross-functional team collaboration. At TRG, Liz leverages her skills to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and cultivate a collaborative, organized environment that supports the firm.
