Ohio Program Evaluators’ Group: 35 Years and Going Strong

The Ohio Program Evaluators’ Group is the state of Ohio affiliate for the American Evaluation Association. This year our organization is celebrating its 35th anniversary. At the spring conference, we will be celebrating this accomplishment through the theme of 35 Years of OPEG: Making a Difference, Past, Present, and Future.

OPEG is a community that The Rucks Group actively supports. Both Carla and I have served on the Board for the organization. At this event, we’ll present some findings on the use of retrospective surveys (I’ll actually talk about some of this in an upcoming blog). Our continued involvement within this community is due to convenient information sharing as well as overall commensuration; both of which allows us to become better at what we do.

If you’re interested in being part of the community or even presenting at the next conference, visit OPEG at http://www.opeg.org.

Also, make sure to plan on attending the spring conference on Friday, May 8 at Otterbein College in Columbus (Ohio).

I look forward to seeing you there!
